Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope and provider
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the online shop “MiniMummel”.
(2) Your contractual partner is IZVIA LTD, Suite 11306, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom, company number 17521227, represented by its director Volkan İzgi (hereinafter “we”). Email: minimummelshop@gmail.com.
(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
(4) Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to their validity.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) You can add products to the cart and enter your details at checkout. Before submitting, you can review and correct all details. By clicking the “Pay now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
(3) After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded with this order confirmation.
(4) The contract language is German; translations are provided for your convenience. We store the contract text; the order details and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you by email. You can view the Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
(1) The prices stated in the shop are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) Delivery to all member states of the European Union is free of charge. You can find more details in our shipping policy.
§ 4 Payment
(1) Payment is processed via Shopify Payments. The available payment methods (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are shown at checkout.
(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 Delivery
(1) We deliver to the delivery address provided at checkout. Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
(2) If an ordered product is not available, we will inform you immediately and promptly refund any payments already made.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find details in our withdrawal policy. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Please report obvious transport damage to us as soon as possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.
§ 9 Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act.
(2) In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
§ 10 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
